About Angela Stokes

I am dual qualified lawyer in England (solicitor*) and in France (avocat), culturally international and have been assisting companies and business people for over 30 years with their commercial and business issues in France and abroad.

My professional starting block was in London with a commercial property and entertainment law firm. My experience in London was capped by 4 years with the excellent firm Warner Cranston (now Reed Smith) dabbling in the realms of corporate finance and M&A for major high street brands, transport companies, American and French multinational groups.
My personal life brought me to France.
During all my experiences which touched the local and international scene I wanted to start and develop a boutique firm for the needs of clients in France and abroad, which I did in 1992.

I strive to know and understand my client’s business and concerns and provide the right solution to their legal issues. Over the years I have built close relationships with clients, a number of which I have had the honor to assist for many years.
